DIY or Ready-Made? TOP

We give the option of buying DIY or ready-made (RM) in several of our products, particularly our favours.

Our RM price is only £0.25 per favour. This includes a FREE personalised tag or label depending on style chosen. And of course small materials such as glue, so no need to buy that!

When you add the extra £0.25 per finished favour what you are doing is paying for our time and skills in order to finish your favours for you. You can then make a better use of your time preparing your Special Occasion or simply doing other things.

All other materials, such as decorations or confectionery are logically not included, and should be added to your chart.

Basically, you just buy all you need to make your DIY favours, keeping in mind that when buying the boxes you have the option of getting them ready-made. This way it is more easier for us to know exactly what you want, as we carry a large protfolio of products.

All unused items will be sent to you with your order. We have a policy of not keeping stock, particularly in the case of confectionery. This allows us to offer a total freshness guarantee in our products. Everything is made from scratch, according to your instructions.

When you send us your order with indication of ready-made option, we will be contacting you asap in order to get your instructions. As soon as this is agreed we will be sending your finished favours within 3 weeks, unless you let us know that you need them urgently. We will try to accommodate your order if this is the case, but there might be a 25% extra cost if you need your favours within a week.

How long does it take you to deliver my orders? TOP

How long? Well, please keep in mind that this is a one person company, and although I dedicate myself entirely to each of your orders and take personal pride on what I do as opposed to bigger companies without a soul, I cannot make everything in one single day. But I'm working on that! Also, I have limited stock capacity as my workshop is not a wharehouse, but I have an extremely efficient net of suppliers.

Have a look at this estimate. Please note that I mean working days, as I do try to have a break on weekends and bank holidays.

For ready made items it will take me a maximum of 3 weeks, depending on work and other orders. I will usually finish them within 2 weeks, but some months are extremely busy with urgent orders. May, June, July, August, September, December and February are very busy months, but I can meet my 3 weeks deadline, so no need of paying extra if you can wait the normal 3 weeks time. If you cannot wait 3 weeks, then please read the bit about urgent orders below. Delivery within 3 working days.

For DIY favours Orders such as boxes, filling and decorations leave within 2 days, plus up to 3 working days delivery.

For handmade cards, I can serve ready-made cards in 1 day. If you want personalised and customised cards, this is obviously impossible. To give you an idea of time: customised single card orders can be served in a maximum of 2 days, plus up to 3 working days delivery. Our packs of 5 customised cards will take a maximum of 4 days plus up to 3 working days delivery, and our Customised Special Occasion packs (weddings, etc) will take up to 3 weeks plus up to 3 working days delivery.

For handmade soap and soap favours, it will depend on amounts, as you would expect. Soap will need a day to set before I can wrap and label it. I can serve single soap gifts made fresh to order in a maximum of 3 days, plus up to 3 working days delivery. Customised soap favours will take up to 3 weeks plus up to 3 working days delivery.

Urgent order? Add 25% of order price and I will make your order within 1 week plus up to 3 working days delivery. Let me know before you order anything and I'll check if I can take your urgent order, as it will depend on how busy I am. May, June, July, August, September, December and February are very busy months, but I can meet my 3 weeks deadline, so no need of paying extra if you can wait the normal 3 weeks time.

I can give you advice on a selection of quickly to make favours. You might also want to check prices for special delivery requests, such as Saturdays, but this can be quite expensive, so I would advise you to get this only if you really really need it.

Handling, Packing & Postage TOP

You are paying for a trackable delivery service, for both your and my peace of mind. Somebody will have to sign the receipt for your goods, so please make sure that I have an address where somebody will be there to receive your goods, like your work address, or that it won't be a problem for you to collect them from the Post Office or depot.

I will, on my own discretion, use either Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or a courier company depending on weight. I post in the mornings, and the courier company pick up orders in the evening. Delivery takes a maximum of 3 working days. Please note working days: if a courier company pick up your parcel on Friday evening, you will get it by Wednesday next week if not earlier.

As you can see, I offer fixed P&P prices depending on weight, and a fixed £9.99 P&P for orders up to 30 Kg, so if you buy everything you need from me you will save quite a lot of money when compared to buying things from different places.

Orders over 30 Kg will be divided in 2 or more boxes, at a cost of £9.99 each.

PLEASE NOTE:Unfortunately I haven't managed the shipping calculator to respect the 30kg limit with orders over £150. If you order is over £150 and over 30Kg, you will be send a separate invoice of £9.99 per each extra box.

Urgent Orders? Special Requests: Special request delivery is quite expensive, but we all know that sometimes you urgently need your goods. Please check with me before buying anything, as I will need to check my calendar and my stock before accepting urgent orders. As well as a 25% extra cost for finishing your order within a week, there will be an extra cost for rush delivery. Up to 30Kg gross weight. More than 30Kg will be divided in 2 or more boxes, each at a cost as per below.

- 24 Hours from date of dispatch: £13.00

- Overnight delivery before 9am: £43.00

- Overnight delivery before 10am: £34.00

- Overnight delivery before 12pm: £23.00

- Saturday delivery: £35.00

In case of any problems with the delivery of your goods you will have all the details and should deal with Royal Mail or the courier company directly.
